  My 16 year old daughter and I had excellent customer service yesterday at Lane Bryant/Cacique yesterday. Employee Lauren truly listened when we explained our frustrations of shopping elsewhere earlier in the day. She brought my daughter a variety of bras to try on and then kept listening to the feedback we gave her until the perfect one was found! Since they only had a bright pink one with black lace in the store, she went online for us and found colors in the same style and fabric. Lane Bryant then gives you the same sale price as in the store and ships your items to your home for free. It is so wonderful that Cacique carries bras for plus sized women with a small cup size. Thank you, Lauren, for such a positive experience for my daughter and me. We left the store feeling satisfied and pleased. YOU ARE AWESOME!
