  Dead end job, hard labor 10 hrs a day at minimum wage. Also they wont allow anyone that isn't Mexican to operate any of the machines except when they're short handed and have no choice. Hyster drivers don't make anymore than laborers. Plus I waited for 2 months to drive hyster after acing the written test...1 of only 5 in 40 years to do so. Though they kept hiring new guys for the position and kept me in the same spot stacking wood. They lie, manipulate, and treat you like garbage. Not to mention the supervisors are mentally deficient. One is an alcoholic and stoned half the time, and the other has been speaking English for 35 years and can barley form a coherent sentence...he also told me he is illegal. Not to mention half his family works there...all of whom are operating machines. You have to work 56 hours a week but $700 a week is possible(before taxes). Its good if you need money right away, but don't expect much in the way of pay increases or advancement of any kind.
